Daytime: World Celebration and World Discovery first; World Showcase during the afternoon and evening.
Transfer at Caribbean Beach. Expected travel time: 35 to 45 minutes. Coming by Skyliner, you enter through the International Gateway — between the United Kingdom and France pavilions in World Showcase, at the back of the park.

Frozen Ever After fits better later in the day when moving through World Showcase. Guardians of the Galaxy should be scheduled separately through Single Pass if available — it is one of the longest standby waits in the park.

EPCOT may be running the International Food & Wine Festival during the trip. Treat festival booths as tasting stops rather than the main healthy meal.
Route recommendation: Make Sunshine Seasons the primary lunch while visiting The Land. Later, share one or two World Showcase items and finish with a lighter snack before Luminous.
